Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Chicago seeks a Portfolio & Productivity Leader to drive an integrated BU-centric productivity agenda, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery across the BU’s productivity program.

The role reports to the Head of Value Creation, North America, and involves exposure to senior stakeholders, with a focus on forecasting, reporting, and portfolio performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering; MBA or masters in finance/operations is a plus.
• Extensive project/program management experience in a large, matrixed organization
• 5-8 years work experience in FMCG
• Strong understanding of P&L structure and drivers
• Strong understanding of operational projects
• Expert collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial sense and analytical mindset suitable for data-driven decisions

Responsibilities

• Champion and lead productivity strategy within BU, including integrated planning with annual cycles and productivity target setting.
• Lead cross-functional teams to build, launch, and deliver portfolio productivity projects.
• Partner with BU CFO office and central FP&A to embed and maintain routine forecasting and reporting.
• Lead productivity reporting/review with central and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Maintain visibility of in-year and future productivity pipeline at BU and Platform level.
• Co-lead AOP cycle to set productivity components with BU office and finance teams.
• Lead ad-hoc assessments to determine portfolio margin competitiveness.
