Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking an experienced Portfolio & Productivity Leader to drive an integrated, BU-centric productivity agenda for North America. You will partner with cross-functional teams, report to the Head of Value Creation, North America, and regularly interact with senior stakeholders to ensure delivery of productivity initiatives across BU and platform levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or engineering; MBA or finance/operations is a plus.
• Extensive project/program management experience in a large, matrixed organization.
• 4–6 years work experience in FMCG.
• Strong understanding of P&L structure and drivers.
• Strong understanding of operational projects.
• Expert collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset and ability to simplify the complex, with clear storytelling to executive level.
• Expert ability in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Communication Skills - interacts with senior management.
• Confident / Ability to give pushback.
• Ability to Simplify - implement fast and simple solutions.
• Commercial Sense - seek opportunities to expand business and save costs.
• Analytical mindset for data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Champion and lead productivity strategy within BU, including planning with annual cycles and productivity target setting.
• Lead cross-functional teams to build, launch, and deliver portfolio productivity projects.
• Partner with BU CFO office and FP&A to embed end-to-end productivity forecasting and reporting.
• Lead productivity reporting with regional leadership and functional teams.
• Maintain visibility of in-year and future productivity pipeline at BU and Platform levels.
• Co-lead AOP cycle to set productivity components with BU finance and portfolio GMs.
• Conduct ad-hoc assessments to determine portfolio margin competitiveness.
