Job summary

You will provide strategic guidance, manage key projects, and drive efficient business operations across a multi-functional team. You will lead portfolio planning, act as a gatekeeper for sourcing, and collaborate closely with buying teams to align initiatives with the functional business plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced procurement qualifications preferred.
• 5–7 years of procurement experience with at least 3 years in leadership or senior roles.
• Strong business acumen and ability to explain results to non-procurement audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proven relationship builder.
• Proven project management skills with multi-workstream experience.
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly.
• Expertise in Office tools and source-to-pay systems (SAP, Ariba, Workday).

• Support the leadership team with running the business and procurement rituals.
• Lead portfolio and business planning processes; gatekeeper for sourcing table.
• Serve as liaison between leadership and buying teams; provide guidance.
• Analyze execution of initiatives vs. the functional business plan.
• Collect and analyze key metrics; propose data-driven solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal/external stakeholders.
• Organize category review meetings; document actions and outcomes.
