Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years payroll experience.
• 5+ years multi-state payroll experience in a large enterprise.
• 3+ years people leadership and supervision.
• Experience with Dayforce, Workday, WFM, Oracle or similar.
• Knowledge of garnishments, benefits, taxes, time & attendance.
• Multi-country exposure a plus; US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise payroll team to ensure accurate, timely end-to-end processing for 55,000+ employees.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and compliance to standardize pay policies.
• Review and approve payroll work; act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Design and deliver payroll training and SOPs for consistency.
• Manage ServiceNow case system and bi-weekly metrics reporting.
• Drive process improvements and best practices across payroll operations.
