Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of actuarial and insurance industry experience.
• Experience running the P&L for consulting or market-facing teams.
• Proven pipeline development and sales strategy experience.
• Strong network within the North American P&C market.
• Executive-level relationship building with clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI innovations in insurance operations.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive a multi-year growth strategy for the NA P&C insurance practice and translate it into market priorities and go-to-market initiatives.
• Develop and manage client relationships, identify opportunities and drive cross-sell across ICT and the broader organization.
• Deliver disciplined pipeline development and accountable sales targets with robust forecasting.
• Provide matrixed leadership to regional leaders and consulting teams to strengthen capabilities.
• Own growth and profitability through pricing protocols, estimates, and margins.
