AptarGroup, Inc. is seeking a North America Associate Manager, Order Management and Fulfilment to lead a high-performing team and optimize the end-to-end order lifecycle for direct, distribution, and intercompany accounts in North America.

The role combines leadership with strategic oversight to drive customer satisfaction and streamline processes. The position is hybrid, based in Mukwonago, WI or Lincolnton, NC, with SAP-enabled workflows and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 7+ years of experience in order management, fulfillment, or logistics.
• 3+ years in Order Fulfillment, Order Management, or Customer Services preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and documentation tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor customer fulfillment teams to meet service level agreements and KPIs.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of orders for direct, distribution, and intercompany accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for fulfillment inquiries and escalation for complex issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to manage order flow, prioritize shipments, and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline fulfillment tasks and workflows; collaborate on SAP enhancements.
• Develop, maintain, and improve SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
• Monitor forecast commitments and hold customers accountable for deviations affecting inventory.
• Own portions of forecast analysis with demand planners; monitor inventory health and backlog.
• Track and report KPIs related to order accuracy and fulfillment timelines.
