AptarGroup, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for Aptar Closures North America, based in Mukwonago, WI or Lincolnton, NC.

This hybrid role focuses on balancing demand with capacity and driving S&OP processes, inventory optimization, and customer service excellence. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of experience in S&OP/S&OE, inventory management, and cross-functional leadership, with a track record of transforming supply chains through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, operations, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive supply chain experience.
• Experience with S&OP processes, inventory management, order fulfillment and/or S&OE implementation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience and/or familiarity with Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies.
• Experience leading supply chain transformation initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to improve service, inventory turns, working capital, and operational efficiency.
• Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across Supply Chain and other departments.
• Coach and develop supply chain professionals across planning, customer service, and logistics functions.
• Lead establishment of S&OE governance and cadence; support S&OP processes.
• Ensure achievement of customer service KPIs including OTIF, order cycle time, and backlog management.
