Job summary

Aptar is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end Supply Chain operations for Aptar Closures North America, with hybrid work in Mukwonago, WI or Lincolnton, NC. The role balances customer demand with operational capacity while driving improvements and digital integration initiatives.

You will oversee demand and supply planning processes, inventory strategies, customer fulfillment performance, and cross-functional execution to support growth, profitability and service objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years of progressive supply chain experience required.
• Experience with S&OP/S&OE, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement familiarity is expected.
• Experience leading supply chain transformation initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to improve service, inventory turns, and efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement in supply chain.
• Coach planning, customer service and logistics professionals.
• Establish and govern S&OE cadences and governance.
• Support S&OP processes and drive governance and cadence.
• Ensure KPIs like OTIF, order cycle time, and backlog are met.
