Qualifications

• 10+ years of nuclear energy sector experience in operations, project management, or regulatory affairs.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing large teams.
• In-depth knowledge of NRC regulations, standards, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with complex regulatory data.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with regulators and partners.
• Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Ability to lead organizational change and drive innovation in a regulated environment.
• Project management expertise for multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Understand nuclear safety culture and security protocols.
• Willingness to travel across North America; security clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic vision and business plans for the nuclear sector across North America, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Oversee regulatory compliance and maintain relationships with NRC and other agencies.
• Manage operational performance, safety protocols, and risk mitigation across facilities and projects.
• Drive business development, identify growth opportunities, and establish partnerships.
• Analyze market trends and technologies to inform strategic decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between operations, engineering, finance, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present reports, metrics, and recommendations to senior leadership and the board.
• Champion safety-first culture and implement best practices in nuclear operations and security.
• Manage budgets, P&L, and resources to optimize profitability; SOX controls may apply.
