You will direct engineering activities, ensure compliance with standards, and mentor a multi-disciplinary team while advancing clean energy initiatives across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or related field).
• Minimum of 7 years of related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering standards and criteria.
• Excellent communication with all levels.
• Ability to develop interpersonal relationships and teamwork.
• Advanced problem identification and resolution skills.
• Demonstrated leadership to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective performance of engineering assignments.
• Plan and direct the timely execution of engineering activities.
• Ensure projects, initiatives and processes comply with established policies, objectives and customer standards.
• Ensure adherence to government, organization and customer engineering standards and procedures.
• Monitor goals, objectives and standards of performance for assigned team members.
• Work interactively with customers and clients to develop strong relationships.
• Research and assess best practices, proposing methods and improvements.
• Work on special projects, as directed.
• Perform other related duties and tasks, as required.
