Job summary

Infosys BPM Limited in the United States is seeking an M&S Procurement Lead to drive end-to-end Manufacturing Services programs for the USA and Canada, delivering service excellence, spend productivity, and measurable value outcomes.

You will own CSAT and TAT targets, steer governance meetings, and partner with manufacturing, engineering and finance to align sourcing strategies with business goals while building capabilities within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent is required; alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience as described in the job posting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute savings opportunities and monitor the savings pipeline.
• Deliver Manufacturing Services savings, payment term optimization, and inventory optimization.
• Ensure adoption and change management across stakeholders.
• Own CSAT improvement targets and ensure >95% TAT adherence.
• Drive catalogue adoption and guided buying channel compliance.
• Drive spend transition into preferred procurement channels.
• Anchor governance meetings focusing on savings, escalation, change management, and sourcing projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
• Manage supplier relationships for strategic suppliers to ensure long-term value.
• Build capability and provide leadership to attain annual targets.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent

3 years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

4+ years of relevant work experience
