Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify & execute savings opportunities and monitor and report the savings pipeline
• Deliver Manufacturing Services savings, payment term optimization & inventory optimization pipeline targets
• Ensure adoption and change management across stakeholders
• Drive catalogue adoption and guided buying channel compliance
• Drive spend transition into preferred procurement channels
• Anchor the key internal & external governance meetings, focusing on savings/productivity, escalation management, change management, key sourcing projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, and finance to align sourcing strategies with business goals
• Manage supplier relationships for strategic suppliers to ensure long-term value creation
• Build capability and provide leadership & steer to the team members to attain the annual targets
