Job summary

Infosys BPM Limited in Chicago, IL is seeking a North America Maintenance & Services Procurement Lead to drive end-to-end procurement for Manufacturing Services across USA and Canada. You will own savings delivery, supplier governance, and stakeholder collaboration.

The role requires deep sourcing experience in MRO and services, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering cost reductions and value creation. Hybrid work setup offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required, with possible substitution of experience for education.
• 12-18+ years in sourcing and procurement, preferably in MRO/services.
• Experience delivering cost savings and working capital impact in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of Manufacturing Services program for USA & Canada, ensuring service excellence.
• Drive savings targets, supplier governance, and value delivery across CSAT, TAT, and spend.
• Manage category strategy, contract negotiations, and supplier relationships.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, change management, and governance meetings.
• Own service delivery metrics, adopt guided buying, and catalog adoption.
