Job summary

Aramex is seeking a D&T Support Analyst to deliver Level 1–2 IT support for our North American user base, including on-site duties at the Chicago office. You will troubleshoot a range of hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining asset records and supporting warehouse technologies.

The role emphasizes IT security alignment, documentation, and collaboration with regional teams to drive coordinated support. 1–2 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
1–2 years of IT support experience in a ticket-based environment.
Experience troubleshooting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
Familiar with remote support tools such as TeamViewer and RDP.
Strong documentation and ticketing practices.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1–2 IT support for North American users via ServiceNow and remote access.
Serve as the on-site IT presence for the Chicago office and support infrastructure.
Manage IT asset lifecycle, from deployment to disposal and inventory records.
Support warehouse technologies and rugged devices (Honeywell, Zebra).
Collaborate with regional/global teams and maintain IT security standards.
