Job summary

S&P Global is seeking a Senior Professional to lead the North American Commercial efforts for the Wall Street Office, spanning software, services, and data. This role drives strategy, client engagement, and growth initiatives, with frequent travel to support revenue and client success.

The position emphasizes P&L ownership, strategic vendor partnerships, and cross-functional leadership to accelerate market penetration and product development in private markets.

Qualifications

• BA degree required; masters preferred but not required with a solid academic record.
• Multilingual preferred, although not required.
• 15+ years of lending solutions experience with a very strong understanding of loan processing, services processing, CLO compliance, loan syndication and data management throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Experience in reviewing credit agreements or analyzing loan documentation.
• Self-starter and high initiative and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead North American Commercial for the Wall Street Office businesses including software, services, and data.
• Own strategy for vendor partnerships and identify potential acquisition targets.
• Regular client engagement and travel to support revenue growth and retention.
• Define business vision/strategy to accelerate growth, pricing, and P&L management for the region.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Managed Services, Product, Technology, and Professional Services to execute commercial strategies.
