Job summary

S&P Global is seeking a North American Head of Wall Street Office (WSO) to lead the Lending Solutions business in North America. You will own the P&L, drive client engagement, oversee new product development, and shape marketing and business strategy across software, services, and data.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong commercial acumen, and frequent travel to support revenue growth, client success, and partnerships in a dynamic lending market.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of lending solutions experience with strong understanding of loan processing, CLO compliance, loan syndication, and data quality.
• Experience reviewing credit agreements or analyzing loan documentation.
• Self-starter with initiative and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the North American commercial strategy for WSO including P&L and location strategy.
• Lead revenue growth through client engagement, product development, and strategic partnerships.
• Manage budgets, talent acquisition, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, CS, and Product.
• Drive market insights, pricing, and governance to support revenue growth and retention.
• Oversee vendor partnerships, potential acquisitions, and protection of intellectual property.
• Engage with strategic customers and guide the product roadmap with senior leadership.
• Ensure timely app implementations and smooth handoffs to operations.
