Job summary

Vylor Inc. is seeking a North America FP&A Senior Analyst to own monthly forecasting, deliver accurate financial reporting, and build robust forecasting models.

The role partners with NA Finance and commercial teams to explain drivers, risks, and opportunities, while driving automation and efficiency in planning and reporting. You will contribute to annual budgeting, SG&A planning, and monthly close, with strong emphasis on data integrity and cross-functional collaboration to support strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• 5+ years in finance or accounting with financial reporting and forecasting.
• Strong financial modeling, driver-based forecasting, and automation skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; experience with Power BI for dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly forecasting process end to end with calendar management and consolidation.
• Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting and clear performance commentary.
• Design and maintain driver-based forecasting models and scalable planning tools.
• Automate data preparation, consolidation, validation, and reporting to improve efficiency.
• Support annual budgeting and SG&A planning, monitor headcount and costs.
• Coordinate monthly close and collaborate with global controllership on postings.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and decision support for regional and commercial priorities.
• Maintain data integrity and accounting controls across planning and reporting.
