Job summary

Vylor Inc. is seeking a North America FP&A Senior Analyst to own monthly forecasting, financial reporting, and planning. You will build driver-based models, automate workflows, and partner with NA Finance to explain drivers, risks, and opportunities.

The role supports SG&A budgeting, monthly close, and cross-functional insights that guide decisions. You’ll work with the North America Commercial Finance team to enhance reporting, dashboards, and controls while advancing your finance career with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Related Field is required.
Strong forecasting milestones ownership and data-driven insights.
Collaborate across finance and commercial teams and challenge assumptions.
Build and maintain driver-based forecasting models and automation tools.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI for dashboards.

Responsibilities

Lead the monthly forecasting process end to end with calendar, inputs, consolidation and delivery.
Deliver timely reporting and performance commentary for regional reviews.
Design robust forecasting models and scalable planning tools with transparent calculations.
Automate data prep, consolidation, validation and reporting; document solutions.
Support annual SG&A budgeting and headcount planning; explain variances.
Review SG&A actuals and coordinate with global controllership for postings.
