Amazon's Global Environmental Assurance and Protection team seeks a capable NA Launch Program Manager to own complex environmental launch and emergency response programs across North America. Qualifications

• 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) or related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate the compliance vision into functional programs across NA launches and emergency response.
• Work independently in a high-stakes regulatory environment and drive alignment.
• Own compliance programs end to end, from pilot to full rollout and integrate standards into daily operations.
• Build a metrics framework with KPIs, reviews, escalation paths and dashboards for visibility.
• Report program status, risks and escalations to directors and VPs across functions.
• Oversee third-party contractors and vendors with structured audits and milestones.
