Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems seeks a National EHS Manager to lead safety across our nationwide data center operations. You will shape policies, standards, and training, ensuring regulatory compliance and incident prevention.

You will manage audits, risk assessments, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, delivery, and executive teams, while guiding field safety efforts and workforce training.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Environmental, Health, and Safety experience.
• 5+ years leading multi-site or geographically dispersed EHS programs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements, safety management systems, risk assessment, and incident investigation methodologies.
• Experience with data center environments and hyperscale deployments is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the national EHS program for data center operations and service delivery activities.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS policies, standards, procedures, governance, and training programs.
• Establish consistent safety practices across customer engagements, operating locations, and technical service lines.
• Advise operations and executive leadership on health, safety, environmental, compliance, and operational risk matters.
• Lead investigations, corrective actions, and risk mitigation across programs and locations.
• Provide national EHS training and qualification programs for employees and contingent workforces.
