Job summary

Nextpower LLC seeks a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain execution for contracted projects in California, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with contractual commitments. You will own project planning in Anaplan and collaborate with Project Management, Sales, and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes governance of planning data, supplier performance, and continuous improvement to scale regional operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business (Master’s preferred)
• 8–12+ years in supply chain, planning, or operations
• Proven end-to-end supply chain execution experience
• Strong planning systems and ERP expertise
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Own supply chain execution for projects from handoff to fulfillment completion.
• Manage planning in Anaplan; validate allocations against demand and timelines.
• Drive On-Time Shipment (OTS) and support regional On-Time Delivery targets.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Sourcing, NPI, Planning, Logistics and Project Operations.
• Standardize processes and drive lean improvements across regions.
