Job summary

Nextpower seeks a Delivery Manager to own end-to-end supply chain execution for contracted projects in California. This onsite role partners with Project Management, Sales, and cross-functional teams to ensure BOM alignment, lead times, and on-time delivery within the Nextpower planning environment (Anaplan).

The role requires driving supplier performance, coordinating logistics, and improving planning accuracy through lean processes across regions, with a focus on data integrity and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8–12+ years in supply chain, planning, or operations within manufacturing or project-based environments.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain execution for complex projects.
• Strong expertise in planning systems (Anaplan preferred) and ERP platforms.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; ability to work with large datasets and planning models.
• Experience driving supplier performance (OTS) and project delivery metrics (OTD).
• Solid understanding of BOMs, NPI processes, lead times, and supply/demand alignment.
• Experience with logistics coordination and contractual delivery terms (Incoterms).
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills; ability to manage stakeholders and resolve risks.

Responsibilities

• Own supply chain execution for projects from 70% handoff to fulfillment completion.
• Represent Supply Chain in handoff reviews and proactively identify risks related to BOMs, NPI status, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure planning in Anaplan and ERP; validate supply allocations and timelines.
• Drive On-Time Shipment (OTS) performance and coordinate with Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, and Project Management.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Sourcing, NPI, Planning, and Logistics to mitigate risks and resolve escalations.
• Build and propagate lean delivery processes to improve planning accuracy and reduce variability.
