Qualifications

Senior leadership experience in CPM, logistics, or supply chain.
Strong people leadership including coaching and organizational change.
Ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes across retention, service, value and performance.

Responsibilities

Translate regional and customer priorities into vertical strategies and roadmaps.
Oversee renewals, revenue at risk, and cross-sell opportunities with Sales.
Govern KPI/SLA governance, value pipelines and performance gaps.
Build executive partnerships with key stakeholders and leaders.
Mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver commitments.
Strengthen commercial and financial performance through insights and action.
Lead and develop the CPM organization with ownership and collaboration.
