The role requires 10+ years in marketing, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage complex programs with data-driven results across partner ecosystems.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have 10+ years of professional marketing experience (non-internship).
• Experience leading large marketing teams across multiple countries and partner ecosystems.
• Strong ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements and align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own and execute the NAMER Consulting Partner Marketing plan including ABM and partner-led demand generation.
• Develop and execute joint partner marketing plans to support partner growth strategies with customers.
• Build and lead a NAMER Consulting partner marketing team delivering integrated campaigns, digital marketing and events.
• Partner with field and global marketing to ensure a unified strategy across regions and partners.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to drive opportunities and pipeline that support regional priorities.
• Coordinate with extended marketing teams to execute partner-led programs.
