Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Head of North America Consulting Marketing to lead the NAMER partner marketing organization and drive ABM, MDF planning, and joint demand generation with consulting partners across the US and Canada.

The role requires a track record of building large, global marketing teams, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision making, with strong cross-functional collaboration across sales, field marketing, and partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience managing teams.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
• Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own and execute the North America Consulting Partner Marketing plan including ABM, integration into AWS-led demand generation, MDF planning, and partner-led demand generation.
• Develop, own and execute the joint partner marketing plans to support partner growth strategies with customers.
• Hire and develop a team of NAMER Consulting partner marketing professionals that plan and deliver partner demand generation programs including integrated campaigns, digital marketing and events.
• Partner closely with field and global marketing to ensure a unified marketing strategy across the Geo- specifically the development of account based marketing programs and scale strategies with partners.
• Work closely with the global partner and direct sales leaders to understand regional priorities and execute plans to drive opportunities and pipeline that can support them.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with extended marketing teams (Digital Marketing, events, Field teams) to execute partner-led programs.
• Work with AWS Marketing teams to share best practices and ensure alignment across different marketing efforts.
• Set goals, measure and report outcomes to the internal business and external partner stakeholders.
