Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a senior marketer to accelerate Bobbi Brown North America growth by turning brand storytelling into cultural relevance. You will partner with 360 marketing, online and media teams to expand influencer, PR and content strategies across the US.

You will build lasting relationships with editors, influencers and talent, lead creator events, and coordinate with regional and global teams to maximize earned media value and brand desirability.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of consumer, influencer, PR/communications marketing experience.
• Deep knowledge of Beauty Influencer space and influencer reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of prestige makeup content ecosystems and social-first storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead US Influencer Strategy across paid and earned to drive EMV and ranking.
• Manage relationships with influencers across macro to micro tiers on social media.
• Drive PR/comms strategy for US region with consistency in secured media presence.
• Partner with 360 Marketing to optimize national US investments.
• Develop integrated content strategies across Owned, Earned and Paid media.
