Responsibilities include exceptional service, cross-department collaboration, and maintaining clean, professional environments while handling office tasks and event promotions.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong guest service focus with courteous communication.
• Clear, professional communication with guests and coworkers.
• Able to work across departments and maintain teamwork.
• Must be able to obtain Minnesota Racing Commission license.
• Pre-employment background check and work history verification.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests face-to-face and by phone with Canterbury Park programs and activities.
• Provide the highest level of customer service and welcoming experience.
• Promote MVP Rewards and loyalty promotions to guests and maintain kiosks.
• Support Card Casino team with related duties and event photos as needed.
• Perform general office tasks and manage inventory of office supplies.
