Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate in Minnesota to deliver an inviting, helpful guest experience across in-store and digital services. You will greet guests, help locate items, and guide them through promos, loyalty programs and app features.

You will assist with checkout, drive-up and order pickup, while maintaining store cleanliness and safety. Daily tasks include resolving guest questions, supporting teammates, and promoting a welcoming environment with attentive service even during peak

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience through friendly greeting and assistance.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End each transaction with a sincere thank you and upsell/store promos when appropriate.
• Support peers and maintain a positive, respectful attitude.
• Explain and promote Benefits, Loyalty programs and Target App features.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, complying with safety standards.
• Assist with Order Pick-Up and Drive Up processes; handle returns per policy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adapt to guest needs and store activities.
