Job summary

The State of Arizona seeks Customer Service Representatives (CSR 1 and CSR 3) at the Mesa MVD field office. You will assist the public with motor vehicle services, including licensing, titling, testing, and permits, while ensuring timely, accurate work and document security.

CSR 3 requires one year of MVD experience or completion of training with performance standards; CSR 1 is entry level. The role supports ADOT policies and procedures and emphasizes strong customer service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ADOT / MVD rules, regulations, processes, and procedures.
• Skills in verbal and written communication with a customer-centric focus.
• Ability to adapt to and embrace a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Process credentials and title work including examining documents for accuracy, validity, and security per ADOT/MVD rules.
• Answer customer questions and provide service for vehicle or credential records; perform data entry and review.
• Administer testing and conduct level 1 vehicle inspections including VIN validation; capture customer photo, signature, and application information.
