Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division in Arden, NC is seeking a Product Manager for MVCA, reporting to the Product Line Manager, to lead product strategy, growth, profitability, and new product development for the MVCA portfolio.

The role requires collaboration with sales, engineering, operations, marketing, and supply chain to drive roadmaps and launches, while mentoring the MVCA Associate Product Manager. Relocation assistance is available for U.S. residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five years of experience in product management, applications engineering, sales engineering, or a related role within the electrical industry.
• This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT/H-1B/O-1/etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute MVCA product line strategy, growth plans and annual priorities.
• Own the product roadmap and lifecycle plans for MVCA product line.
• Lead Voice of Customer activities, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
• Drive new product development and product launches through the ProLaunch process.
• Manage product positioning, pricing, profitability, and portfolio performance.
• Provide application and commercial support to sales, customers, consultants, OEMs, contractors, and channel partners.
• Develop product training, presentations, and sales enablement materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs to improve customer experience, market penetration, and business performance.
• Monitor sales and market performance and provide monthly and quarterly business updates.
• Lead, coach, and develop the MVCA Associate Product Manager.
