Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Product Manager for Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) to drive strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management. You will partner with engineering, sales, and solutions teams to understand market needs, define go-to-market plans, and ensure robust adoption within North America.

The role requires strong commercial judgment, cross-functional leadership, and a hands-on approach to product ownership across the Motor Control & Power Quality categories.

Qualifications

• B.S.E in EE or related with 5+ years product experience.
• Knowledge of motor control applications and industrial automation.
• Ability to travel 20-40%.

Responsibilities

• Set Strategy and Vision of the product to align with business goals.
• Define regions focus verticals/markets & target customer profile.
• NA region roadmap & growth initiatives for VFDs.
• NPI plan & execution for each series from GTM through migration & EOL.
• Develop Sales kit and go-to-market plans; support trade shows and events.
