Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER PCS division is seeking a Lead Medium Voltage Engineer to lead and execute design projects for the MV circuit breaker product line from inception to production.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and about 7 years of related experience with new product development. It offers a hybrid schedule with up to 25% travel and relocation assistance within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
• 7 years of experience in a related field with focus on new product development and design.
• DFSS training or certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute design engineering projects for MV circuit breaker product line.
• Develop product concepts from inception through production, including testing and documentation.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and product teams to ensure robust designs.
• Prepare design documentation, tolerances, and Bills of Materials.
• Lead stage-gate development activities and participate in design reviews.
