Job summary

Eaton’s MVCA product line requires a leader to set strategic operations direction and drive profitability at the Arden, NC facility. You will oversee manufacturing, order engineering/design, and customer service to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.

You will develop plans from the product line strategy, cascade objectives, and monitor performance while promoting continuous improvement and capital efficiency. Relocation is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management/technology or business from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of strategic manufacturing and operations leadership experience.
• Willing to relocate to Arden, NC; relocation assistance provided if needed.
• Position may require adherence to immigration sponsorship restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Establish operations strategic direction for the MVCA line aligned with Growth and Profitability.
• Develop action plans from the product line strategy and cascade objectives across teams.
• Monitor performance to forecasted goals; implement tactical adjustments as needed.
• Promote continuous improvement using CIF and ELSS methodologies throughout the org.
• Select and develop staff to manage the product line; foster teamwork across plant operations.
• Administer Performance Management processes and manage capital investments for efficiency.
