Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division seeks an Engineering Liaison for MVCA on 1st shift at the Arden, NC site. The role interfaces with ETO engineering and manufacturing to ensure design intent is translated into producible outputs with quality, safety, and delivery in mind.

The position focuses on supporting manufacturing change notices, resolving build questions, and coordinating updates with front-end teams to minimize rework and delays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Act as the day to day technical point of contact between engineering and manufacturing for active manufacturing orders.
• Clarify engineering intent, design assumptions and configuration details to manufacturing during build execution.
• Support shop floor questions related to drawings, BOMs, routings, wiring, layouts, and assemblies.
• Coordinate and support Manufacturing Change Notices (MCNs) and engineering updates during production.
• Identify impact of manufacturing changes to upcoming orders to drive resolution prior to start of manufacturing orders.
