Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division in Arden, NC seeks an Engineering Liaison - MVCA - 1st shift to act as the primary technical interface between ETO engineering and manufacturing for low and medium voltage switchgear & control products.

You will translate engineering intent into manufacturable outputs, support build execution with BOMs and routings, coordinate changes, and help improve safety, quality and delivery. The role is on-site in Arden, NC with a starting hourly rate of $23.00.

Qualifications

• Required (Basic) Qualifications: High School diploma or GED.
• No relocation offered. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Arden, NC.

Responsibilities

• Act as the day to day technical point of contact between engineering and manufacturing for active manufacturing orders.
• Clarify engineering intent, design assumptions and configuration details to manufacturing teams during build execution.
• Support shop floor questions related to drawings, BOMs, routings, wiring, layouts, and assemblies.
• Coordinate and support Manufacturing Change Notices (MCNs) and engineering updates during production.
• Identify impact of manufacturing changes to upcoming orders to drive resolution prior to the start of manufacturing orders.
