Job summary

Airswift is seeking a technically skilled professional to provide expert technical support for sales and channel development in the medium-voltage transformer sector. You will translate customer requirements into actionable product design input and support localization efforts for customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the medium-voltage transformer industry (2.4-34.5 kV). Transformer design experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MV transformer construction, specifications, selection, and practical applications, plus MV distribution systems and customer usage practices.
• Familiarity with transformer standards; ability to read and review Transformer Specifications, Single-Line Diagrams, and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for sales and channel development through discussions, presentations, and recommendations.
• Review Transformer Specifications, Single-Line Diagrams, Data Sheets, and Installation Instructions for compliance.
• Assist engineering with product selection, design, and configuration; review key designs and documentation.
• Recommend product localization and continuous improvement based on customer practices.
