Job summary

Orion is seeking a Trust Services Specialist to manage daily fund and account activity for Constellation Trust Company. This hybrid role requires on-site presence three days per week and involves working with advisors to resolve client paperwork and transfer issues.

You will learn internal systems like Advisor Desktop, Orion Connect, Web Portal, Salesforce, BridgeNet, and Power Agent while delivering accurate cash and account support. A background in financial services helps you excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience.
• 1–2 years in financial services preferred.
• Knowledge of the securities industry is required to effectively assist clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Re-register mutual funds and annuities with fund/annuity companies.
• Update broker-dealer and representative information.
• Maintain ongoing contact with CTC advisors to resolve account paperwork issues.
• Identify transfer types (in-kind vs liquidations) for client terminations.
• Ensure prospectus and proxy fulfillment and post-sale processing by ADP.
