Job summary

Orion Advisor Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to handle post-investment client requests, including cash movements and system-driven actions.

This hybrid role requires three or more days on-site weekly at a nearby office, with commute considerations for local candidates. You will execute distributions, liquidations, and model changes in Brinker and custodial systems, while setting up systematic withdrawal and contribution plans and reviewing daily custodial reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school degree or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related role.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute client distribution requests via custodial system.
• Execute client liquidation requests via custodial system.
• Execute client requested model changes in Brinker systems to ensure accounts are traded properly.
• Establish systematic withdrawal plans via custodial system.
• Establish systematic contribution plans via custodial system.
• Establish standing payment bank instructions via custodial system.
• Review custodial reporting daily to ensure Brinker Capital systems are updated properly.
