Job summary

Orion Advisor Technology in Omaha, NE is seeking a Trust Services Specialist to handle daily fund and account workflows, including re-registering mutual funds and annuities and updating broker-dealer information.

You'll work hybrid, three or more days on-site, collaborating with CTc advisors and external partners to facilitate transfers, process new account paperwork, verify deposits, and answer client questions while upholding the Orion values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
• 6+ months of customer service experience; 1–2 years in financial services preferred.
• Ability to manage client relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Process new account paperwork and asset transfers for new accounts.
• Re-register mutual funds and annuities with fund or annuity complex.
• Maintain and update broker-dealer and representative information.
• Coordinate with advisors and outside companies to facilitate transfers.
• Perform system demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Ensure cash deposits are accurate and daily reconciliations are performed.
