Job summary

Orion Advisor Technology is seeking a Trust Services Specialist to process daily business for Constellation Trust Company. You will engage with fund complexes and advisors, manage account paperwork, and facilitate transfers and asset movements.

The role emphasizes client service, accuracy, and the ability to learn Orion's internal systems while supporting fiduciary responsibilities in a hybrid onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience; 1–2 years in financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Re-register mutual funds and annuities with fund/adviser teams.
• Update broker-dealer and representative information.
• Communicate with CTC advisors to resolve account paperwork issues.
• Determine transfer types (in-kind vs liquidations).
• Ensure prospectus and proxy fulfillment and post-sale processing.
