Raymond James is seeking a Sr. Project Consultant for Mutual Fund Operations in Saint Petersburg, FL. The role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence at least three days per week.

You will manage projects, support production issues with Technology, and drive process improvements across Operations and digital platforms. Requirements include SIE and Series 99 or ability to obtain within 120 days, a High School diploma, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through implementation with planning, status reporting, and timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Provide day-to-day support to Mutual Fund Operations on production issues, coordinating with Technology for timely resolutions.
• Lead and support business process changes, including requirements gathering, impact assessment, testing coordination, and implementation with Technology.
• Partner with Technology throughout the project lifecycle, serving as the link between operations and IT teams.
• Provide direction to operations teams to enable informed decision-making and risk management.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and control gaps and implement solutions.
• Review operations to identify efficiency opportunities and continuous improvements.
• Plan stakeholder engagement activities to align Operations, Technology, and business partners.
