Raymond James is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager in St. Petersburg, FL, to support the Back Office Technology division. You will manage multiple CTB/RTB projects, guiding them from requirements through implementation and delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, balance budgets, schedules, and risks, and ensure quality and governance across the SDLC. This role requires strong PM skills in a financial services setting and a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of project management experience.
• Strong PM planning, dependency mapping, critical path, milestones.
• Experience in financial services technology, Back/Middle Office environments.
• Familiarity with money movement systems (ACH, wires) and digital docs (DocuSign).
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with project tools: MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet; Confluence/SharePoint.
• SDLC coordination with development, BA and QA through UAT and release.
• Risk, issue and change management with formal status reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and align work to business goals.
• Experience with resource allocation and budget planning.

Responsabilités

• Manage complex CTB and RTB projects with significant business impact.
• Lead proposal through planning, implementation, and delivery.
• Coordinate requirements with SMEs and senior management.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, staffing, and schedules.
• Monitor progress and maintain documentation/reports for stakeholders.
• Perform risk assessments with mitigation and contingency plans.
• Apply PMO/templates; manage time, resources, and budgets.
• Ensure IT acceptance criteria and QA/testing outcomes.
• Communicate with internal customers and external suppliers.
• Collaborate with functional areas to achieve objectives.
