Raymond James is seeking an Operations Project Manager to administer and support Mutual Fund Operations projects in a hybrid work environment. The role collaborates with Technology and business teams to resolve production issues, drive process improvements, and guide decisions.

The ideal candidate brings knowledge of mutual fund operations, strong planning, and risk management skills, plus the ability to translate business needs for tech partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or above not required but advanced coursework helpful (not specified).
• SIE certification within 120 days is required or ability to obtain.
• Series 99 certification required within 120 days; persons with Series 6/7/17/37/38 or principal-level registrations may qualify for Series 99.

Responsabilités

• Manage projects from initiation through implementation, including planning, status reporting, and delivery on time, within budget, and to scope.
• Provide day-to-day support to Mutual Fund Operations on production issues, coordinating with Technology for timely resolution.
• Lead and support business process changes and enhancements, including requirements gathering, impact assessment, testing coordination, and implementation, with Technology coordination.
• Partner with Technology throughout the project and change lifecycle, serving as the link between operations teams and technical teams.
• Provide direction and guidance to operations teams to enable well-informed decisions.
• Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, constraints, and control gaps; develop and implement solutions as needed.
• Review existing operations and processes to identify efficiency opportunities and continuous improvements.
• Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities across Operations, Technology, and other partners to meet needs and concerns.
