• Process and verify fund account openings and documentation.
• Perform intraday and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Ensure deadlines and requirements are met; provide superior client service.
• Respond to internal and external requests promptly; follow up on inquiries.
• Identify and document errors to reduce exposure and improve controls.
• Interact with other departments for issue resolution; manage fund account projects.
