Responsibilities

• Primary contact for derivative valuation inquiries.
• Verify information.
• Manage daily volume.
• Ensure daily output maintains department/team standards.
• Help to ensure team deadlines and/or requirements are met.
• Monitor and assist in the resolution of issues.
• Interact with other departments on resolution of issues.
• Communicate professionally to effectively resolve issues.
• Contribute to Management Reporting.
• Gain an understanding of the big picture of operations.
• Contribute to process improvement activities.
• Manage multiple tasks/projects efficiently.
