Guitar Center Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to support store operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory control, and merchandising.

You will help ensure products are properly stocked and displayed to create a positive shopping experience for customers. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a retail environment that can be loud and fast-paced.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and receiving of gear and other items.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
• Stock and merchandize according to planogram to enhance customer experience.
• Create and place signage and price signs (POP) as needed.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities during shifts.
• Maintain shrink control and awareness of assets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
