Job summary

Amedisys, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a PRN/Per Diem Music Therapist to coordinate and provide music therapy for hospice patients. You will develop an organized program and tailor care to patient needs.

You will document in the patient record, participate in quality improvement, and perform other duties as requested. A valid music therapy certification and a licensed driver with a reliable vehicle are required.

• Licensed driver with reliable automobile.
