Job summary

Amedisys in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a per diem music therapist to provide hospice care. This PRN role pays $27-32 per hour and requires reliable transportation.

You will develop and coordinate an organized music therapy program, assess patient needs, document care plans, and participate in quality improvement activities. A certified music therapist with a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Certified music therapist from an established music therapy institute.
• Licensed driver with reliable automobile insured in accordance with state law.
