Job summary

Amedisys is seeking a dedicated music therapist to evaluate and provide music therapy for patients receiving hospice care in Indiana. You will deliver therapy aligned with each patient’s needs and capabilities, and develop a care plan to support overall well-being.

Responsibilities include organizing the therapy program, thorough documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, and participation in quality improvement activities. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Certified music therapist from an established music therapy institute.
• Licensed driver with reliable automobile which is insured in accordance with state law.
