Job summary

St. Croix Hospice in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a dedicated Music Therapist to provide therapeutic music services as part of our compassionate care team.

You will assess patients, develop and implement music-based interventions, and document outcomes according to plan of care. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited music therapy program with bachelor's degree in music therapy.
• Board Certified MT-BC or National Registry or equivalent certification required.
• Ability to pass background, consumer report, and drug test.
• HIPAA compliance and session documentation expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide music therapy per plan of care; assess patients and determine effectiveness.
• Implement interventions to relieve symptoms and support emotional, physical, and spiritual comfort.
• Document sessions promptly and educate team, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
